Should end when chip shortage is over. Some manufacturers think their chip shortage will be over by mid-2022, but others think it will last until 2023.
Hope your car lasts long enough for production to get back to normal. ...and might want to wait about 2 years after that because there will be pent up demand once autos hit the lots. IF prices do not drop, then demand will stay high. Many people can not afford these high prices.
