Sorry. Maybe my techs were yours?! I just got mine installed with new wiring and new router.
From the router, hardwired, I’m getting 2562mbps down and like 2250mpbs up from the 2000 plan. It’s kinda silly.
I instantly punched a hole in my wall and started hard wiring shite. The new modem is at the far back of my house and my nest hello doorbell is at the front door and it’s getting close to 125mbps on the 2.5Ghz channel.
It’s fricking overkill but it’s kinda fun.
