President* Biden can't force oil companies to produce, but he sure has thrown up a lot of barriers to production, pipelines, and exploration.
We were energy independent a year ago. Now we are not and that's all on Biden and his loon handlers plate eating "global warming" fear porn.

Yeah, we were a net exporter in 2020, but ignoring the fact our imports were the lowest since 1991 due to Covid is shortsighted.
However, since then, demand has outstripped supply - now how do you fix it?
I commend energy companies for doing what they’re doing. They’ve been poor stewards of capital for a long time, and it seems they’ve finally learned their lesson. I don’t see how you realistically make them do things any differently. They’re going to slowly increase production while maintaining/increasing profits and profit margins. Kudos.
