Panthera Tigris,
The Auburn game of 1908, was a very hard fought game.
Great game, LSU won on two key passing plays.
I have a near complete play by play of this game, only lack the last 1-2 minutes. I hope to find the rest of the play by play at Auburn when I get a chance to go there next year.
The play by play will be in the book, and you will get to see what LSU's offense was back in those days; against a good team in a hostile arena.

Tigger, did you personally attend the game?

Tigger 1: I am anxiously awaiting your book. I am fascinated by this team as well as that era. Both seem to have been forgotten. Was John Heisman the Auburn coach? If so, LSU beat Auburn with Heisman's invention- the forward pass.
