Yeah the same thing happened to me. Noticed one day that lunch tasted weird. Then The next day I was eating a salad with grilled chicken and I nearly puked from how bad it tasted
Had to get one of those smell kits to help it

I find that’s it’s this and anything that is supposed to have a burnt smell. It’s like my brain re-programmed all burnt scents to this one thing

How does aromatherapy work if you cant smell it?
