I live out in coastal western alaska.
That storm we got today was no joke.
Woke up to what sounded like tropical storm force winds, looked outside and couldnt see out my window because of snow.
Looked at nws page and we got winds up to 70 mph at one point early this morning.
Now the weather is warm. Before that we had about a month straight of negative temps. Coldest on record for the area since the 1930s.
