Points Per Completion league

I'm in a points per completion league. Who do you like better in 2 weeks? Mariota @ Miami's last place passing defense or Eli and his high completion % vs the middling Chargers? Alex Smith @ Houston is also available as well as a potentially rising Brissett vs a bad SF Pass D.
