Doesn't Les typically have a press conference when players of this caliber leave? I know that there has been speculation of them leaving, but has anything been made official directly from the players?

Not officially. I expect that they are going but it is not official yet. The OP is right. They usually have a presser for high profile players. (PP7 and others)

It doesn't benefit them to stay! With a very inexperience quarterback their stock is likely to drop if they stay!
