The pre-season hype for this team goes back to bowl game last year.

And Purdue had lots of boys out. Pre-season hype wasn’t realistic. But, it does sell tickets.

Eh I think anyone with any football sense knew that game was a farce.

Similar to the bowl game the year before. It didn’t mean anything for either program really.

I wasn’t sold. I don’t listen to the media. It’s all about recruiting. Look at our secondary.

Not me, dumb-arse. The media starting creating hype for this year based on how LSU looked against Purdue.

Beating bama did more than anything lsu did against Purdue
LSU had opt outs as well for that bowl game
