Do yall think the Big12 would offer financial incentives for Mizzou to stick around?
The Big 12 can't offer the kind of money that the SEC Network will bring. The Whorn's contract with ESPN forbids them from participating in a conference network, so that makes a Big 12 Network impossible.
Supposedly, Mizzou had the votes they needed on Friday on the condition that they join in the SEC East.

Ethically, it would be hard for them to demand equal revenue sharing then take a payment to stick around.
I was more thinking a larger piece of the pie then a payoff. I have not seen the Big12 break downs of how they distribute their money. but it led me to believe their may be several different tiers of payment. Maybe bumping Mizzou from a tier three to a tier two could keep them.
Has there been a thread that shows Big 12 disbursement amounts that I missed?
