Question: Can a SEC member be kicked out?

According to conference by-laws, etc. All of the prior posts regarding kicking out Ole Miss, Miss. State or Vandy to make room for new members has me wondering.

Charter members probably can't be kicked out, but i'm sure there is a way they could vote somebody out.
