Pretty widely accepted that this will be the case..The PAC east will essentially be a separate mini conference with possibly one or two trips West a year. Wouldn't be like a truly integrated conference with a CCG.

I personaly think that they should stay in Texas and bring back the SWC if that is what they are going to do. Just playing each other then is the same as playing each other now it makes no since to me. Why would you play in a conference and not play the other teams from the conference you are in? Why not ask the two Arizona teams to come to the Big-12 in the place of Colorado and Nebraska then drop the CCG wouldn't that be better than trying to move the whole state of Texas to West coast.
The next thing we read will be Texas trying to sell Pacific Coast property to Oklahoma, Oaky Lite, Texas Tech and any other team that wants to follow Texas out West. One thing they will have in common with Cali is the sand.
