knowing you're in a conference that not a damn member would contemplate leaving(being from the B1G and assuming most of you are SEC fans)?
Turning this from a pointless to a semi-entertaining thread... Which of football's big 3 would e the first to dissolve (PAC/B1G/SEC... Assuming the Big12 will officially die)?

none of those 3 ever will. but to play along, I say PAC. SEC and B1G are too strong to ever go away.

the PAC is as safe as safe gets. if they got to 16 then at some point they could break off a few and end up back at 10 or something... but that core 8 teams are never going anywhere.
i could see the SEC breaking apart if things just got too tough. currently you have bama, au, lsu, and UF as major powers. arkansas, south carolina are both just one step behind and miss state could be there too. uga and UT can always rebuild back to glory.
if all that happened - a very long shot at best - the league would be absurd.
i could see some teams breaking off to make themselves an easier route to a bcs champ game
