they finally get a marquee win against TCU on a fri night stage by themselves.

They have a legit Heisman candidate although I don't see him making it through the season without getting injured.

Now there on the verge of being a WAC or Mountain West player if Big East doesn't come through. I still think ACC or Big Ten would like to get into Texas as well.

As far as Iowa State, they might as well drop sports

Hell, let them come too! They could be the Vandy of the West, and they are good at other sports.

Baylor, all the way back to the 50s, has always been the pimple on the arse of the SWC and now the Big 12. They were always the ones who would throw whiskey bottles at fans and players and other crap. They were always the dirtiest team in the conference with chop blocks, eye gouges, and knee twisting.

In short, I firmly hope that they have no football program in five years.

Well, Baylor didn't exactly feel sorry for UH when the Coogs had a Heisman winner, were nationally ranked, etc. etc. and were left twisting in the wind when the Big XII was formed.

I do as well. Baylor finally stepping it up only to have reality slap them in the face.
