Source: Texas A&M will join SEC, Florida St, Clemson may also join; Missouri denies interest.

This would make sense. Although it seems like this is far from a done deal.

I would rather Clemson and A&M. I just don't think of SEC when I hear FSU and Missouri

Fix the title of this thread. You lose credibility as a poster when you inaccurately paraphrase what you think you heard.

Ummm. Those teams have to want to join first.

Mizzou's president said, to queries regarding any talks or interest in joining the SEC, and I quote "No, No, No!"
Sounds like a no for Mizzou to me.

I get that. But why would you go try and go out and add two more school after FSU and aTm that are terrible? At least wait a year and see how the landscape pans out to see if better schools and markets open up.
They have to know we're not going to go past 16 teams in the conference and once you get there how are you not going to be sorry you left those schools on the table?
That's all I'm saying.

FSU and aTm make a lot of sense. Clemson? Not so much.

FWIW, I would much rather wait and see how this shakes out the BIG 12-2 and see what Okie and Okie State do and take them.
