Carlos,
I certainly agree with you that the 2007 game vs Florida was magical, but I want to see us have a better shot at getting to the title game and dropping the annual rivalry with Florida helps us.
But again, and I know I'm being hypocritical here, it's hard to imagine matching the energy in the stadium when we beat Florida in '07.

The Florida game is over with SEC Expansion. No connection and not border states.
The LSU-Florida game exists each year because of the forced Alabama/Tennessee rivalry.
