I don't see how people think this makes the conference better. UH does nothing for them. TCU doesn't really either. No new market, loss of storied Nebraska for what exactly? I don't know who would be there best option but neither of these add to a better national TV deal.

Dude, they are staying at 10 and playing a round-robin.

I find this pretty interesting given the fact that, without an NCAA exemption, they're admitting they'll forgo Conference Championship Game revenues. They lose two media markets, lose a championship game in Jerry World, and they're promising more money than before? It doesn't make a whole lotta sense, unless T. Boone and Fox are gambling on the viability of the Texas Ten.
