Anyone else like the short stories of Jessie Stuart? I haven't read any of his novels, but I got started on his short stories decades ago because my grandfather liked him. He was about the same age as Stuart and the stories hit home for me and my memories of my grandpa, I'm sure it reminded him of his youth.
