Oldie but a goodie. One of the best horror openings I've read in a while. Grab it if you like non-slasher horror

Yes, amazing book. My all time favorite horror novel. Creepy, eerie, fantastical, and so well written. Actually scared me as a teen reading it. Only book to ever do that. Shadowland is an awesome follow up, too.
