Johnny Manziel has filed the official paperwork to declare himself eligible for the 2014 NFL draft. Manziel's college career is officially over.
According to Mel Kiper Jr., Manziel is rated as the No.3 QB prospect behind Teddy Bridgewater and Blake Bortles.

It is widely anticipated that Johnny Manziel will declare for the NFL draft and we when he does, he will already have his representation lined up. Per ESPN's Darren Rovell:
Jason Cook, Texas A&M's senior associate athletic director for external affairs, has confirmed that as of Tuesday evening, Manziel had not declared his intention to enter the NFL draft. Todd McShay of ESPN projects Manziel to be the fourth overall pick, and the third quarterback taken in the 2014 NFL Draft.
