Saints: Loomis To Join Hornets Front Office

According to the NOLA.com, Mickey Loomis will have some free time this football season, so Saints owner Tom Benson, who is in the middle of acquiring the Hornets, is restructuring the top management positions in his empire and that is likely to lead to Loomis overseeing basketball operations for the Hornets. Benson also plans to give Dennis Lauscha, Saints executive vice president and chief financial officer, similar powers with the Hornets, and elevate his granddaughter, Rita Benson LeBlanc to vice-chairwoman of the board.
