BATON ROUGE – LSU Baseball defeated Northeastern, 3-1, Saturday afternoon at Alex Box Stadium, Skip Bertman Field.
LSU moves to 10-1 overall while Northeastern moves to 1-6 overall.
The Tigers will be back at Alex Box Stadium, Skip Bertman Field for game three of the weekend Sunday, March 1st, at 12:30 p.m CT. The game will be streamed on SECN+ and available on the LSU Sports Radio Network.
Cooper Moore earned the win with seven and two thirds innings pitched, 10 strikeouts, one walk, one run and three hits.
