Oklahoma Wants Reform To Stay In Big 12
by Larry Leo
September 20, 20110 Comments
If Oklahoma is staying in the Big 12 they want the conference to add regulations on the Longhorn Network and remove commissioner Dan Beebe, according to a report in The Oklahoman Tuesday.
quote:Beebe received an extension through June 2015 from the Big 12 in November 2010. Meanwhile the Kansas City Star, citing a University of Missouri booster as its source, said that the Tigers have an invitation to join the Southeastern Conference and that the SEC is willing to wait for the Big 12 issues to be resolved before making a final decision.
"It's going to take major, major reforms," the source said. "We'd have to have an interim commissioner."

"Apparently [the SEC has] come to us," the Missouri booster said, according to the Star. "I've been told there is an offer on the table."
