I read up on this, seems a group of boats from the Cabana Co-op were attempting to blockade the bay, this guy tried to get through and they rammed him. The Cabana side apparently has a lot of $$$ begins them and the skip of the ramming boat was Kami Cabana a former pro skier

There’s no room for that on the water. That captain should lose his license permanently, and then serve some time. That crewman could’ve easily been struck in the head & killed.
