Three-star pro-style quarterback Carson Proctor from Vero Beach, FL (Vero Beach) announced Thursday that he will be joining Arkansas 2016 recruiting class.

Proctor will likely join the Razorbacks this fall as a walk on.

He will have to wait a year or two to get onto the field unless he is the second coming of Matt Jones. But that is not a bad thing. If he is ready a year or so from now then he is ready.
