Proof you didn’t read the article.

They explain why traditional stats sell punters short. Their grading system grades the punt, not outcome.

They have a vid of a 56 yard punt that bounces on the 5 yard line along the boundary that ends up being a touchback.

Traditional stats say it’s a net 36 yard punt which looks bad. but if you grade the kick alone, it had distance, it was accurate, and it gave the team a chance to down it inside the 5. It didn’t work out but that’s not the punters fault. The punter did all he could do to give his team a chance.

Don’t be such a girl. The FO will hit critical mass with TM and let him go eventually. We’ve seen this play out with specialists a million times.

Was a miracle. The kick itself was probably below average.
