What is another non-physical non-productive asset to compare it to?
How do you value such an asset?...

I ordered a Lariat in Feb, and it’s just now being built.
Not all dealerships will allow X-plan. If they don’t.. walk. Also watch out for add ons like bed liner, tint, etc. You will show up to pick up your new truck, and it will have 2,500 in add ons already on your truck that you didn’t agree t...

Im looking to buy a Winchester M70 as well. Per a dealer in the Dallas area, I was told that they would have to place an order with Winchester and I could expect to wait 12-18 months....

Do you even Mega Backdoor Roth? There are absolutely employer plans that allow total retirement contributions to exceed $19,500....

re: House(s) on the market

Im surprised to see all of the posters trying to time the real estate market by selling their home and moving their family into a rental. The general consensus on this board is to buy and hold, yet this seems to be the exception.
For those that sold, what do you do it 12-24 months if the market ...
