Posted by Pecanisle on 8/24/17 at 8:25 am
Hope you are right but if they get 24 inches of rain and it doesn't stop raining until next Wednesday (current forecast) that game is very likely going to be tough to play. Houston floods when they get 6 inches now a days. ...

Brain surgeon next year. I simply am not capable and neither are they. Cam's resume is horrible being Fired from at least three jobs. Who gets fired two months before the team they are the offensive coordinator for is about to win the Super Bowl?

re: What is you're # 1 concern heading into this season?
Posted by Pecanisle on 8/19/13 at 8:32 am
Defense is not a concern. Might be better than the last two years. I'm not sure D line can be blocked.
Concerns
Mett, kicking game, WR's getting open, O line,
I beleive we will see the same thing as l;ast year. Defense will keep us in all of the games. Offense will struggle and cost us a cou...

Does anyone remember Skip Bertman in his prime 1991-2000?
Posted by Pecanisle on 1/1/13 at 5:45 pm
I know he wasn't perfect but it seems that whenever he had a key decision to make he made the right one. Leave a starter in to face another batter or pull him for the reliever. He called so many great pitches in key situations. Sure he missed it some but boy it seemed like he was on more than he was...

Mett hasn't executed it all year. Why would anyone expect him to do it now? He completed about 15% of his rollouts at most.

1972. My uncle was a head football coach at another Louisiana school and had retired. He played at LSU in the 1930's. after his retirement he went to all of the LSU home games. He would come into town and on Saturday mornings go to Tiger Stadium to talk with Coach Mac and the other coaches he was fr...

re: After week 3, what are the weaknesses of this year's team?
Posted by Pecanisle on 9/16/12 at 4:02 pm
Offense
WR's ability to catch and get separation.
Pass blocking
Mett's decision making
TE's - Do we have any?
OL - Can we get 3 yards when we need it
Defense
Montgomery - What happened to him?
LB's - Do we have any?
Reed - What happened to him?
Have we hit anyone hard this year?

Currently Williford is the largest at 18. Incredible facility. Everywhere you turn there is a goosebump moment. Anyone want t...
