Not just claiming to be a fan, but actually watching almost every game, learning the players, etc.

For me it was 1997 LSU vs #1 UF- Bring Back the Magic!!! (I was 11)

Since then I've watched every game and know about 99% of the players info.

1999 when LSU beat Arkansas 35-10.

Moving to Alabama made me hate Auburn and Alabama and I always liked seeing them lose even when I didn't even know how football worked. I picked LSU as a preferred team to see beat them due to family background.

1994. I was three and I haven't missed a home game since then.

My dad played at LSU in the 80s so I was born into it. I became a fan in the dark ages but still went to all the games But like the poster above said it really started to click in my mind after we beat Florida in 97.

2003. Then I quit for awhile until I picked it up again in 2007. Then I quit again. Is LSU still playing football?

Started following LSU in the early 90s. I was always more of a baseball fan than football.
