This board keeps forgetting Myles Brennan's capabilities! Yes, he has had tough sledding at LSU, not all his fault! We have never had an opportunity to see Myles in a continuing role at LSU.
His potential, with a great supporting cast is "off the charts"!

Fielding has potential, but his rocket arm is a is a loose canon. He makes a great throw on one play, then doesn't throw within 10 feet of the bag on the next!
His hitting will likely get better over time. Again, he is inconsistent, swinging at bad pitches, then taking a strike down the middle. ...

Why do you guys forget that Myles passed for over 17 thousand yards in HS, broke Brett Favre's Mississippi state record, which he still holds? Even over 4 yrs in HS, that is over 6000 yards per year. Kirklin was an excellent QB at Lutcher HS! His stats were great! LSU has missed having a mobile QB who has great passing skills. Kirklin has both! Even though he has not played at QB for the last 4 years, he showed he still has it! Coach O blew it! And Jontre showed true leadership last night. T...

I agree on Jones! The "D" is performing even with backup players! Right now, other than that, there are no bright spots with the Tigers aside from some great effort on the part of a few individual players on both sides of the line. :nana: :dude:...

Fisher is a sleeze. He was basically fired from Florida State for recruiting violations. After Fisher won an NC at Fla St, the program went downhill! A&M thought they had a winner! Now they want him out! Every Tiger fan I have talked to does not like or trust him.

I just counted. Including the gold, non-contact players, there were 37 players out or injured in some way! Many of these are starters or were. How the hell can we win anything with so many players side-lined??? That is almost half the team! Why is LSU so plagued with injuries. The baseball team ...

Coach O supports using the zone. That is not likely the only problem with the "D", however LSU has always had problems playing zone and/or prevent "D". We have two corners in Ricks and Stingley who are as good as anyone in covering man. And our other defensive backs are pretty damn good as well. ...

Don't want to be negative. The Tigers won! I am ecstatic! However, I have never seen an infielder at any level make so many wild throws to first base. His throwing errors could have cost us the game if it had been close....
