Unless it’s investment property there is no deduction for insurance paid. That is reported on 1098 for your information....

2021 had some benefits due to pandemic stimulus that stopped in 2022. Other than that as your income inches up you will lose some child credit. There was little changes from 2022 to 2023....

my car was rear ended about a year ago. The other driver had State Farm. My car was totlaled and I was paid the current market value. The adjuster provided me a report that had several used vehicles similar to mine in the area available and the value was similar to the prices for those vehicles. ...
So at the end of the lease you have nothing!, Zero! Nada! Yes you enjoyed driving a new vehicle but you have nothing less your upfront fees and monthly lease payment....

Visit IRS website and search "Self employed". A helpful,page has some information. As a 100% owned LLC you can report the operations on Sch C of your joint 1040. Most tax assessors have a tax estimate tool on their website. Run that tool if available and provide it to your escrow agent....
