re: Flood insurance rate increases

I received the same letter. Signed it with copy of my license and sent it to my insurance agent. I still got a bill for $250 higher. I called the flood insurance company (not my agent). The guy let me email the signed form to them. He adjusted the balance and I paid right then and there....

When you set up a wire at the branch, it should take their wire department approximately 1 hour to release to the Federal Reserve. If you can qualify, I would suggest the Barclay Arrival card. They are currently offering 40,000 bonus points, you get 2 points for every dollar, and you get 10% of your points back whenever you redeem them. ...

Yes you will. I assume you have 20% down payment....
With the info you provided, it seems that your interest rate is right around 4%. I would invest that money in something that will get you greater than 4%. My recommendation is a diversified mix of ETFs and maybe open a lending club account. Put 10K in there in try to get around 8-10% return. I am...

re: Another good CC option?

I got the Barclay Arrival card in September. 40,000 point bonus. You get 2 points for every dollar spent. You get 10% of your points back when you redeem them for travel. This basically results in 2.222 points per $1 spent....
