Then at least we lose putting our best out there.....do you get it now?
People would still be mad though. Probably even madder. How does this solve anything?...

re: What has happened to the offense? - badbrad8504
What happened was Poche shite the bed on routine plays and we never recovered mentally
What's more troubling about that is the fact that he was heavily lauded for having the ability to shake things off....

re: Sorry, still not over the CWS loss - badbrad8504
And if Lange gives up 6 runs then so be it, at least we pitched our damn Ace the first game. Poche is not our Ace and never will be.
Really? I only thought Lange should have started because the past two times he's pitched ahead of Poché, they've been tough to beat. Not sure if ...

re: Are we pulling for Ole Miss or Auburn? - badbrad8504
Not really. Probably the closest offense to ours in physical running style and their defense has hung in with the big boys for the most part. I think they either beat us or Ole Miss so I'm hoping for it to be Ole Miss.
I'm just not sold on them. I think the Alabama game was flu...

re: Are we pulling for Ole Miss or Auburn? - badbrad8504
Here's what would be ideal (assuming LSU wins out): Auburn beats Ole Miss, then loses to Georgia and Alabama, giving them three conference losses. Mississippi State loses to Alabama and Ole Miss, giving them two conference losses. LSU, Alabama, Mississippi State, and Ole Miss all finish at ...

re: Is Bill Snyder is one of the Top 10 CFB coaches of all time? - badbrad8504
We played K State in the cotton bowl and i have never seen a team that sound defensively in my life. They just do not make mistakes. at all . Anywhere. They are never not in position, they don't miss tackles. They don't blow assignments.
And clearly, unlike Les Miles and his sta...

re: Recommend people to use Trophy Rock - badbrad8504
I keep my mineral licks in secluded areas along trails near food sources. During the deer season, I will be hunting either further down the trail towards the bedding area or on the food source itself. I try to position my mineral sites so that they are in thick cover (more buck pictures) but ...

re: Recommend people to use Trophy Rock - badbrad8504
All I can say is I use them. I'm also using the Trophy Rock 465 this year, which is like a pulverized bag of trophy rock. Same company, same thing basically. I generally mix salt and dicalcium phosphate in with the soil to make salt licks, and they hit those okay, but to me they like the ...

re: Beginner Bow - badbrad8504
Shooting a bow uses a very unique combination of muscles that other activities do not. Regardless of how strong you are, it takes a while for the right muscles to work together and be conditioned to easily draw the bow and be rock steady at full draw.
This. I've got about a 30" ...

re: Recommend people to use Trophy Rock - badbrad8504
You're better off going to a local feed store and getting them to bag some mineral for you. I bought a 1/4 ton for $175, and it does about the same thing. Till up a 3'x6' piece of ground and pour it in there. If you really want to entice the deer, add some dried molasses....

I'm out of the week old beer & jalapeño cream cheese dip my wife made. Probably just gonna stick to beer at this point. Wheat harvest is done, so I can relax… for a minute....

re: I hate TICKS!!!!! - badbrad8504
Around the beginning of May, I was still fixing fence before we turned out the cattle, and when I got to this one pasture, it never failed, I'd go home and pick about 3-4 ticks off. A buddy of mine came up one weekend for a turkey hunt, but before we went, we had to finish stretching a few wires in...

re: Single-Pin Sights - badbrad8504
I do not have that on mine...I don't think it is a must have...I hunt out of trees and and on the ground...but I don't hunt 25 ft up in a tree either. I have had zero issues hitting yards from elevated or ground level positions.
Thanks for the input. I doubt it'd be worthwhile ...

re: Single-Pin Sights - badbrad8504
I was thinking about going with the .10 pins when I do get one. TexasTiger and cchoque93, do either of you have 3rd Axis options on those sights? I know you can buy the kit for HHA sights, but I'm just wondering if it's really worth the extra money and the headache trying to get it right. It's ...

Single-Pin Sights - badbrad8504
I'm looking to switch over to a single-pin sight on my bow without breaking the bank. I don't like the distortion I get with my fixed-pin sight. I hunt from ground blinds, so I'm not really concerned with having to make any sudden movements to adjust the pin for various distances. I've read up ...
