re: United CEO doubles down, calls passenger "belligerent", claims United followed rules - Tigercat on 4/11/17 at 9:00 pm
Most of the way aviation law is understood in regards to refusing service (keeping a passenger from flying on a flight) is in regards to the time before a passenger boards a plane. United may argue there is no difference before boarding and a butt in the seat, but it is no legal slam dunk for them...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)

[quote]Umm well... The simple fact that when Dabo was hired, Clemson wasn't nearly the power LSU is right now. Dabo built that program. O hasn't built shite at LSU, and will feed off of what Dinardo, Saban and Miles built. Were you only looking at coaches that coached a minimum amount of games? You missed the LSU coach with the greatest winning percentage of all time. (Both career and at LSU, since he only was the head coach at LSU.) Hal Hunter, 1999 LSU 1-0...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)

I still hate the dialogue after the LSU Tenn game. All that talk about how LSU got lucky, and very little blame to Tennessee for enough confusion to not only have 12 men on the field but 13. Hell, one of the CBS guys continuously calls LSU lucky while saying "I don't blame Derek Dooley, he went up...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (1)

Personally, I hope Uber is here to stay... but I find it interesting that the type of people who would normally champion states' rights are quick to revoke that idea for California.
