What's the best way to find day labor? I need someone to help me build cardboard boxes today. I have 1,500 flat cardboard boxes that must be assembled and I'm trying to find anyone who would like a few hours of work....
I use a woosh air smart filter. It measures pressure drop and just sends one when needed. Pretty awesome...
My mother is 52 with Alzheimer's. She can no longer take care of herself. One of the worst diseases imaginable...

I'm looking to buy some SFHs for rentals in the the Baton Rouge area. My wife and I have thought about buying real estate for rentals for a while and are finally ready to do it. We have good W2 income as well as income from family businesses. Any recommendations on lenders or other general advice...
