People are scared of getting robbed, so they're avoiding the streets.

Those same people are excited to vote for Nancy Pelosi again this November.

It's not just SF. Houston is even lighter. Houston doesnt have the most active downtown normally but lot of buildings are just empty from companies moving to WFH. Curious to see if American downtowns are primarily residential in 10 years.

I was there a few months ago. It was astonishing how empty it looked. Granted it’s not as bad as Seattle or Portland which are outright Dawn of the Dead, but it did feel like I Am Legend.
