My daughter passed away...

Thank you for your prayers and encouragement.
I'm without words right now...
It's just numbing...
Edit 1: I want to thank everyone again. Theres too many people to reply to, but I have read every word and appreciate them all. We are so hurt, and it doesn't seem real.
Edit 2: Heres my previous post before she passed, and an update of what happened after this.

She coded again around 3:00am requiring CPR and lots of meds to keep her heart rate up. When the doctor got her rate over 100bpm he turned around and spoke with us and explained that he could keep doing this for a while but best case scenario, even if they can save her life, the lack of oxygen to her brain for so long and so many times would have caused severe brain damage at a minimum and the amount of damage to her intestines would cause her to have a colostomy bag for her life at best. He told us he will keep her alive for as long as they can but will stop making her suffer as soon as we told him to stop. We gave the DNR and she passed away in our arms only a handful of minutes later...

I’m so very sorry. Praying for you and your wife. I know first hand how painful this is. We lost our son unexpectedly at the age of 2 due to a rare form of cancer 20 years ago. He was not considered terminal but didn’t make it thru his last round of chemo in the hospital. It’s been a long but steady grief/ healing process. You will never be the same. It’s who you are now and always. But it will get better and you can live productive healthy lives but I still cry for my sweet little guy and still wonder why did it have to happen.
