Some governmental agencies are primarily fee generated. For some smaller offices, the fees can be a big hit to there budgets. I'm not sure of exact percentages the transaction the fees are. I think they range from each company. Can be as much as 6%....

How much is the online conveince fee? The fee should only be what the rate the credit card company and epay system charges for the transaction. The fee should just be enough to cover those cost....

I've run a few half marathons in very cold weather. Ran the Seaside half marathon in 2009. The day before the race, wore shorts and a t-shirt. A front blew through the night before the race. During the race, the wind chill was mid 20's gust to 30 mph winds. Didn't expect that the first week of March...

LSU had back to back shutouts during 1985 season. Shut out Kentucky and Ole Miss. There was a bye week between games though....
