They're better in some places, unserviceable in others.
There are none in New Orleans that I know of. The ones in Baton Rouge have declined quickly in the last decade.

Just had surf and turf.
One of these overgrown crawdads was 3.7 lbs.
The filets, I did a little reverse sear on. Used some of the drawn butter we had with the filets.
I'm gonna sleep good tonight. :lol:...
