Grabbed a couple and decided to reverse sear them and serve them family style. Two big steaks cost me $24 and fed four adults. Not bad.

That looks tits buddy, well done. The Albertsons by my house sucks. They always have these 2 for 1 sales but they double the price so I have to buy two of something to get it at normal price.

Reverse dear: Is that where your wife calls you dear instead of the other way around?

Looks good. I'd devour those.

I love to slice them and derve family style. I buy those big sirloins, medium rare and carved like that. Great family Tuesday night dinner. Love the flavor. Good job Janky.

Looks great, but every time I have bought steaks at Albertson's, i would have had better luck cutting Hardie board than the steaks.

Thanks for the pics and instructions.

Buy it as a roast, so much more medium rare goodness.

Guess it depends what your options are. I don't know of any that are still open where I live. They were always way more expensive than competitors. Last time I went to one it was in Lake Charles and I couldn't believe the prices on basic shite. Their meat is good though

Each is own but within 15 minutes of me I have all the ones below and I'm just saying Id probably put albertsons last on that list. Wish I had a HEB or Publix

Tom Thumb(same as Randalls)
Wal Mart neighborhood market(brand new)
Trader Joes
Central Market
Whole Foods
Market Street(safeways high end store)
Kroger
