Anyone have some tips or suggestions?
A hunting buddy does his with a 3/4 hp meat grinder from Cabelas and mixes it 50/50 with either pork shoulder or brisket and then freezes it in 2 lb. packages....looks easy enough.
Here's to hoping the OB can help me end up with some top notch burger/taco...

Usually you won't have to dot them as they stick together in a giant clump more often than not. As posted earlier, 5 gallon bucket full of vermiculite in the garage out of direct sunlight will be fine.

I remember the feeling like it was yesterday. Broke in college --> 32k salary and then a few years later getting a 50k salary. The advice thus far has been great. Max Roth, 401k to match, set aside for emergencies and short/long term goals. Don't forget to live a little!
