I’m driving a 2013 Silverado I bought new. Currently at 221k miles and counting. The only issue I’ve had other than normal things is an oil leak. Luckily I have a mechanic friend that does my work so it wasn’t terribly expensive. Still runs strong....
I played many games with and against Henry from 91-95....
No. Refinanced to a 15yr two years ago. It’ll be paid off right before expected retirement....

Form your LLC now. Given the small cost there is no reason not to in my opinion....

Outsource a good bookkeeper with tax knowledge. Cheaper overall and can provide useful information for most situations....
