Flashback to that time he almost destroyed Anthony Davis’ knees. ...
First Take is hot garbage. ESPN content has gone to shite in the last seven years or so....

re: This is a bad, bad situation.

I have to agree with this. Games just aren’t as fun to watch anymore. I first started watching in 2009-10 when Walrus was the interim head coach, even with an injury plagued season, it was still fun to watch Colison and Thornton tear it up as rookies. Then the 2011 playoff run was nice to watch eve...
East got easier and West got harder
Remind me how the West got harder by a Gordon Hayward injury?...

re: Nba league pass question

I just bought NBA league pass for the first time. If you change your location using a google chrome app, would you then be able to watch the Pelicans games?...
Interesting you point that out about Cousins, this could explain why the Kings drafted so many centers even though they already had Cousins....
I was just thinking about this the other day, definitely getting 2k18 the day it is released....

hmmm... pairing Wade and Rondo together again, what could go wrong?...

re: question for season ticket holders

I also have a question for season ticket holders, I heard a few mention that they were going to be able to make up most of the money through reselling their tickets for contenders like CLE and GS, how does that work exactly, do you go through NBA.com? I'm thinking about getting season tickets not fo...

re: Open up with GSW @ home on 10/20

I'm pretty sure there is usually just a double header to open the season, then a day or two later, all of the teams play regularly. It will be very interesting to see how they spread out the schedule given that it's starting roughly two weeks earlier....

The optimistic side is that we'll see just how much havoc Boogie and AD can wreak on Golden State. On the flip side, if we lose, everyone is going to overeact per usual....

re: Are we getting new Jersey designs?

Posted by Pelicans8 on 7/31/17 at 10:41 am
I hope so, but doesn't look like it. Personally not a big fan of the pel's uniforms. I remember when the uniforms had yet to be showcased and Jrue Holiday had called them "dope", my expectations were very high, needless to say I was disappointed....

re: Lebron will sign in NOLA next year

I don't think Lebron will sign with the Pels, but if every Pelicans player suddenly left their agent and signed with Klutch sports, there would definitely be a lot of conspiracy theories going around in the media, would be very entertaining....

re: Langston Galloway

I really wish we didn't need to send Galloway in that deal. A few weeks before the trade, I remember seeing a clip of him and his wife talking about how happy they were in New Orleans....
I'll admit that saying Kyrie was clearly the best 1 on 1 point guard is a bit of a stretch, but to say that Wall, Curry, and Dame would "kill" Irving at 1 on 1 undoubtedly more of an exaggeration. Also, I'm not saying that Kyrie isn't a great player when I said his assist numbers weren't good. I'...
Kyrie is clearly the best 1 on 1 point guard in the league, but what I find troubling is that there are games where he scored 30+ but had 0 assists. Maybe that changes with a new team, maybe it doesn't. Also, with our elite talent being at PF and C we need someone who feeds the ball well to them...
We just invested in 126 million in Jrue and signed Rondo. Adding a ball dominant point guard makes no sense, especially at the expense of Cousins....

re: Houston Rockets for sale

Harden should buy some stake in the franchise...
And that's exactly what we need to do to keep Cousins. Seeing that he has never made the playoffs before, if we get there, I don't think he'd want to walk away from that....
Jordan Mickey is the real deal. He's never missed a 3 in the NBA.
Is it because he's never attempted a three in the NBA?...
