I ordered a Fire Stick on Prime Day and the price at the time of checkout was $25. When the order was shipped, they charged me full price. I emailed them and got some generic email saying that their prices change sometimes. Anyone else have this issue?

WTF?

call customer service or chat. they will most likely make it the right price or refund you in full.

Do you have a receipt for the order showing the $25 price? If so contact their customer service again and give them the order number so they can see the price when you ordered it.

It said $25 in my cart, then changed to full price when they filled the order.

Amazon has the best customer service I've experienced. Simply go through your account and explain your complaint. They will likely make things right very quickly.

a week or so after the Echo special price we up from 99 to 199 or whatever i called up and said if i could buy it for the 99$, I would buy it right then. The guy was like
Him: "well that 99$ was a special inro price. But how about i knock it down to 149$."
Me: "Man, that 99$ price was so good, i just cant bring myself to spend that extra 50 bucks right this moment."
Him: "Let me see what i can do, Ok sir i will give it to you for 99$ this time only."

Best customer service in the business. I forgot to return some sandals my wife ordered for our daughter. They sat on the counter at home for 3 days. Then they sat in my car for a week. Then I finally got around to completing the return online, and I was 3 days past the 30 day mark. Sent them a customer service request, and I had a return authorization in my inbox within the hour. Basically, even when you're the problem, Amazon will usually make it right.

Yeah, they sent me a jacket once that wasn't the one I had ordered. It was the same brand, but wrong style and color. I actually liked it better, but I emailed them to let them know what had happened. They told me to keep the jacket and they sent me the one I had actually ordered, and sent it overnight.

Another time I had ordered a small LED bulb for my daughters lamp to use as a nightlight. She never turned it off so I wanted something I could leave on all the time. It was on prime and after a week it hasn't showed up. I emailed them and I had a replacement the next day. A week later the other showed up and they told me to keep it. They really go out of their way to keep customers happy.

And another time I ordered some running shorts. They didn't fit like I thought and I filled out the return online. They credited my card back that day and said to keep them. Not that I needed them but I can wear them around the house.
