It's not an opinion that Super Frank has scored 21 goals and tallied 12 assists this season. It's not an opinion that those numbers are far superior to any other midfielder in the major leagues.

Use of "major leagues" 1 point deducted from credibility score...

Ha, you know what I meant. The major soccer leagues (EPL, La Liga, Ligue 1, Serie A, Bundesliga), is that any better?

i agree with what a lot of people said (except for the chelsea people, don't pick chelsea). i'd watch the world cup and find some players that you like and then see who they play for club. then watch the club matches and see which club you like the best.
or you could do it my way and see a really hot guy with long flowing hair, find out he plays for the best club in the world (lol) and just follow real madrid. (had to put a plug in. there's only one more of us madridistas on here and he rarely posts. also ignore all comments about nazis, paying for championships that we didn't win, and the like...they're just jealous)

just become a fan of Tennessee Jed

follow him and critique his strengths and weaknesses, make little inside jokes between you and other TNJ fans, argue how much better he is than Frank Lampard, etc.

It's not even close. Frank Lampard is so much better than Tennessee Jed. He has 21 goals and 12 assists in 35 matches this season. He has 20+ goals the last 6 years... Tennessee Jed can't touch that.

Numbers are barely better than Fabregas and Lampard has played in 8 more games.

Cesc is one of the best midfielders in the world no doubt. Frank still is being more productive though.

All you do is get your info from video games. Tennessee Jed brings a new meaning to being a fearless leader and loyalty to his bandwagon club.

TNJED doesn't want your fanhood. He only wants loyal people who have lived in TN and grew up in families that supported TNJED from the beginning

Don't even joke about Jed. Like seriously. That guy blows. He's on my top 5 worst people ever list, somewhere between Hitler and BTK

Yea, you need to figure it out for yourself. Dont listen to any of these fools about who you should or shouldnt support. It will all come in time. If you actually learn to love the club you support, nobody can call you out for being a glory hunter, band waggoner, etc. Truth of the matter is, most americans have no real geographic or family ties to a club. Therefore, the bigger clubs get more fans, simply because nobody wants to watch a shite team.
After the 94 world cup, I started watching the old EPL review show on Prime Sports cable ch. 38. My favorite player was United's Eric Cantona, and as the internet and fox sports world (fsc) became readily available, I fell in love with United's history. I suggest you take history into account, its really what makes a club. But if you do, you immeadiately disqualify Chelsea beacause they dont have any
