Thankfully the fixtures for September aren't bad. Mirror is reporting he will be out 3 weeks, which would put him back in for the Everton derby. Hopefully that is the case.

Now we get to watch Super Mario lead the line.

ETA: of course I never want to see studge hurt (even though it seems inevitable he will miss time every season), but I think that in itself is a very exciting prospect

Absolutely. Even more than that, Borini has been at what..6 clubs already as a 23 year old? Who can blame him for just wanting some consistency in his life?

LFC signed a contract with him. He's a good player with some key strengths that fit into the system. If he wants to stay and fight for his place then I'm thrilled he's part of the club.

I agree. And frick this international break. Watching the EPL before a day of college football is (almost) better than sex.

Good for Borini. It was really shitty how our fans and liverpool fans treated the guy and his fiancé over the last few months. I wouldn't bet against him. He was clutch as hell in big moments and has been busting his arse to break into first team at LFC.

Anyone wanna do bold predictions for the season? I'm bored.

Mine: Adam Lallana becomes a breakout player for us and justifies his £25m price tag. Just got a gut feeling. What you guys got?

Been thinking this too. Im not a fan of the move at all but something just tells me he's going to click well.

More bad news, looks like Henderson is hurt as well. When it rains it pours.

Whatever you do don't read The Evening Standard. They're the ones that said Stu was out four months. Can Roy just fricking go away? Go coach like the Canadian National Team.

Some reports that he is back at practice and may be fit for the 3Lions game against the Swiss. I hope Roy plans to use him as a sub and he is never needed in the game but if history tells us anything, he will play him the full 90 to "test his resolve".

Geez. Can we at least ask for the 45 minute treatment Roy gives the ManU and arsenal players? He just lets our guys play 90 in every friendly.
