Never heard of Slot before yesterday, but after reading up on him yesterday afternoon, I think there is a lot to be excited about in his style of play, youth promotion and management style... I think he can continue to build on what Jurgen has done, but with his own style... it's not a total 180 o...
Prob not obscure, but I think most folks know them more due to Vince Neil killing their drummer in a car wreck... Hanoi Rocks.. They were a huge influence on that whole 80s LA scene......

Obviously, Madonna was the bigger star in her hey day... and Ive liked songs over her career.. I definitely prefer Cyndi Lauper's music... She's So Unusual is a great 80's pop record that still holds up, even with the 80s production.. The two choices in covers alone are fantastic (Money Changes...
Hopefully.. TAA, Jota, Curtis and Ali back soon for the stretch run.....

Ive seen so many shows there over the years... one of my favorites was either late 80s or early 90s... Michelle Shocked.. Will always remember those packed, summer shows before they put in air conditioning!...
Those are two classics... so not sure how they are ruined in any way.....

Way too many to list... they mostly fall into the categories of mainstream rock/classic rock/jam bands/metal/modern rap... Not saying I don't like songs or artists from the above and I realize a lot of the genres listed are very general... Also I realize the talent and why other people get a lo...
