Athleti wants to do a swap that includes Felipe Luis returning. Adding him into the equations allows us to bite into/offset Griezman's buyout clause. I would guess €20 cash in that kind of arrangement.

One more year of his production would justify that fee. He is a really good player and his style translates to the EPL IMO. I just can't see them letting him go after one year.

If we had more available space I think it'd be a better deal, however if we get him we're gonna likely have to look to sell Willian, Oscar, or Cuadrado. There just doesn't seem to likely be enough space for all of them. I suppose he could be brought in as our 2nd striker and either have Remy as #3 and no youth strikers in the squad.
I wouldnt mind a Felipe - Griezmann swap with cash and also go get a younger LB for the future.

Swap deals never happen. Every year the rumors involve dozens of swap moves and none ever end up happening. When I read about a "player swap," I automatically assume it's bullshite

Probably will sell Oscar or Cuadrado anyway. I feel like Jose must hate Cuadrado to not start him either of the last two games.

Cuadrado finally looked good today before coming off injured. He was making great runs and showed great moves in 1v1 situations.
