RLC starting again! Izzy on the bench! Excited to see RLC Play next to Matic! Should have more freedom to get forward!

I can't believe we aren't giving Cuadrado an opportunity to start and play 90 min in these games.

Why play Costa?

Andre was at least worth putting 3 shots on target every time he stepped on the pitch...

Game was terrible...maybe the worst of the season. What was Cesc thinking?

There was nothing we could really do. He wanted out.

Can't stop watching that gif and Phil Jones gif. Those two on loop have had me laughing all day. Think it's ridiculous Cesc will get banned 3 matches though. It wasn't violent conduct at all. It was just kind of childish.

He wanted out because he never got to play. So in essence there is plenty we could have done, like play him from time to time.

Is that for sure? If so, that is beyond ridiculous.

Of course Chelsea homers playing the victim again. Kicking the ball intentionally toward on an opponent is violent conduct. Shut the fukk up with your incredulous victim routine.

Man, you are one incredible vag.

You gonna tune in Sunday to see us raise the trophy?

According to the laws of the game it is. Not really sure what you're arguing here.

I'm arguing, not really arguing even because it's impossible to legitimately argue for the other side, that it's absurd that you would not only be sent off but then be suspended 3 more games for something so trivial and stupid.

Understanding how soccer operates I'm not surprised in the least but it's still completely ridiculous.

There should definitely be a difference between a hard, two footed tackle and what Cesc did. Both are stupid and deserving of punishment but the punishment should fit the crime.

Because Violent Conduct is 3 games suspension. Soccer is very cut and dried when it comes to red card suspensions. There is no debating violent conduct.

Kicking a ball toward a group of people 25 yards away is not violent conduct. It's stupid. Give him the red whatever, 1 game fine. 3 games for "violent conduct" for what he did is just an embarrassment to the sport.

This is the kind of stuff that makes elements of soccer somewhat hard to defend when the soccer is for p****s crowd gets going.

Those people don't "bother" me but the ridiculousness and injustice that persists in the game does. Also, I would be saying the same thing had Brunt hit John Terry in the head. It has nothing to do with being a Chelsea homer.

Cesc's ban has correctly been reduced to one game.
