7. Use highly skilled engineers from the Imperial Republic of Texas to reinforce and repair the wall built by the wackos and politicians who had absolutely no clue as to how to actually build a wall.
8. Live in peace and prosperity with the option to rejoin the Union if desired.

No. But your arse is getting hit with an import tariff on the way out. Cal may have a large economy but it isn't because your selling stuff all in Los Angeles and San Francisco.

I know people love to dream, but as much as people believe this secession stuff happening, weather it be California or the south, I'm sorry, that shite ain't happening again...

And will a sovereign California form a Military to defend it's National interest; and will they demand their fair share of our nukes and cutting edge military? Will that State be a Democracy, with open borders? How long before Authoritarian Socialist Nations like China or soft Socialists dysfunctionals from South America immigrate, take over and become an existential geographic threat to what is left of free America?

You must not have lived in California that long. My mother was from San Diego born there in 1933. San Diego, in the 1960's and 1970's was a nice affordable place to live. Now days you either live in a nice part of San Diego or the dirt poor side. Not as many middle class neighborhoods as there once was. You are either rich or live close or in little Mexico.
I lived in two once nice areas around LA. The illegals have run the middle class out of some of these once nice towns that the city govt's now have financial problems.
Mfg is leaving the state due to the strict regulations and moving to neighboring states or border towns in Mexico. Soon Silicon Valley will do the same thing to cut cost most likely hiring or outsourcing jobs to India or Pakistan.
I guess they have not learned once you run off the middle class the town will not be the same.
Southern California and Northern California are nice. Soon it will be either you are rich or poor and no middle class. Then add the liberals have taken over the state along with the illegals.
